The agreement between you and HandsFreeApply when you use the service.

The service
HandsFreeApply submits job applications on your behalf based on the preferences you provide. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or employment.
Your responsibilities
The information you give us — including your CV, work history and work authorisation — must be accurate. You authorise HandsFreeApply to submit applications in your name to roles that match your preferences or that you approve.
Service setup
All application services are paid. After selecting a service and completing onboarding, customers wait for a staff update by email. Dashboard access opens after staff connect a dedicated job-search Gmail account and confirm that setup information has been sent.
Plans, credits and payment
Monthly plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. One-time packs and add-ons do not renew. Credits expire at the end of their stated validity period. One credit is used when an application is submitted.
You will only be charged after you select a paid plan and confirm payment.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. [Refund policy and statutory cancellation rights to be confirmed with legal counsel.]
